WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOUR ROLE?

Participating in the first steps (pre-sales) of SEO and other service meetings
Reaching out to potential local and foreign customers and participating in the sales process
Participating in the contract renewal meetings
Monitoring communication channels (Freshcat, Skype, WhatsApp)
Making calls with customers
Preparing monthly reports and presentations
Contributing to the development of our processes by producing creative ideas
