• To provide support for the customers on our e-commerce site according to their requests through the phone, WhatsApp, and live support chat,
• Following orders through our e-commerce management panel and leaving the customer satisfied,
• Eliminating problems in existing applications and supporting new developments.
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
• Customer-oriented problem-solving skills to identify the primary reasons and recommend corrective actions,
• A good team member with good communication skills for speaking with customers from all over the world,
• Eager to embrace flexible shift hours and keen on maximizing productivity by working from home, avoiding the daily commute.
